After nearly ten years of operation, AZIO Downtown has established itself as a cornerstone of Cartel Restaurants, Inc., as well as a wonderful option to diners in the downtown area. We offer a contemporary interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine in a refined yet casual setting. Offering a stunning ambience, a vast selection of Italian fare and a reputation for great service, AZIO Downtown is the perfect option for dining out downtown - lunch or dinner.

The lunch menu features salads, brick oven pizzas, sandwiches, pastas & entrees. Occasionally, lunch is also available on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4:00 P.M. Please call to verify our hours of service.

The dinner menu features our most popular lunch items as well as a larger selection of entrees such as Ossobuco Bianco and Seafood Brodetto - two house favorites.

Our wine list changes weekly in order to showcase some of the best wines available for novices as well as connoisseurs.

Artists have created an impressive setting with rich mahogany woods, barrel vaulted ceilings, lush velvet fabrics and meticulous architectural details. Intricate wrought iron railings, original art and dramatic lighting accentuate impressive faux finishes throughout three distinct areas of the restaurant. The dining room sits adjacent to an open kitchen to an open kitchen and emulates a contemporary Italian villa. The café features individually hand-painted tables with traditional European café chairs. The bar area provides a more intimate ambience. The majestic mahogany bar is suggests the portico on a Greco-Roman temple sitting below the cobalt blue sky at twilight.

Although not required, reservations are always accepted and recommended when possible. We will do our best to accommodate walk-in groups of all sizes. Take out service is also available for your convenience.
